Saying Goodbye to London

Today has been bittersweet. I can't believe I have been in London for 6 weeks. It seems like just yesterday I was on the tube on my way to Gloucester Road from Heathrow. I have made so many good memories and friend on this study abroad and I'm really going to miss it. I am so grateful that I have amazing parents who allow me to have awesome experiences like this!

This morning we woke up and packed our suitcases. I'm pretty sure my suitcase is well over 50 pounds, but whatever... After I packed, I took one last trip to Harrods and got one last chicken schnitzel baguette. Harrods is definitely one of the places I'm going to miss the most.

Kelsey and I were mega tourists today. We made sure we went to all of our favorite spots around London. We seriously walked all the way from the Tower of London to Picadilly Circus. It was a marathon!
Last time at the Palace Gate bus stop!

I'm so thankful for this bus. It saved me 15 minutes of walking time everyday.

The Tower of London.

The Tower Bridge.

The only good vanilla ice cream in the world.

Last time at Borough Market.

I cried a little.

St. Paul's and Millenium Bridge.

St. Paul's.

A classic.

Prime Ministers house.

Trafalgar Square.

Picadilly Circus.

Last time in Gloucester Road station.

Last time eating the best gnocchi in the world.

We ate here 9 times, it was that good.

My favorite area in London.

I love London so so much.

The River Thames.

Last tube ride home. We look crazy.

I'll miss my tube stop.

GOODBYE GLOUCESTER ROAD!

Being in London makes me so happy. I'm going to miss it like crazy but I know I'll be back soon!

  1. I know you went to the horse guards just for me. Also, don't be sad you are leaving cause that means that I can come visit you now! And I am very serious.
